A full refundable deposit is required. This is typically 15–20% of the total rental amount, or a fixed minimum of XCD $100–$200, whichever is greater.
Members:
Members benefit from a 50% reduced refundable deposit, set at 7.5–10% of the total rental amount, or a fixed minimum of XCD $50.
Lifetime / Founding Members:
Lifetime or Founding Members are not required to pay a deposit on items valued under XCD $400. Deposits only apply to high-value or higher-risk equipment, such as bounce houses, dunk tanks, and similar items.
